In General, we quote based on Ex-Factory. Besides，we quote on FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong or on CIF basis. It’s up to customer’s choice

Payments 

At present ,we can accept T/T (Telecom Transfer) and transfer on the Western Union, for the amount exceed 50,000 usd, we may accept L/C at sight. We never accept Credit Cards.
